What happens after you reach out
- Within one business day, an engineer calls to ask about your locations, staff, EHR and practice management systems, and who handles IT today.
- We sign a business associate agreement before we look at any system that holds patient data.
- We review your current setup and any existing risk analysis, policies or vendor agreements, usually with one visit to your office.
- You get a written summary of your biggest risks, a recommended plan and fixed monthly pricing, with no obligation to go ahead.
